Nona Walia is a columnist, Journalist and Writer. She has worked with Times of India for almost 24 years as Senior Assistant Editor. Written extensively for Times of India[1], Times Life, Delhi Times, Economic Times and Femina. Also edited Rouge pages which focused on Women power in Delhi Times. Coordinated TIMS supplements across cities. She is Author for Thrive Global, Entrepreneur magazine and Her Circle.[2] She has also been interviewed by Saurabh Tankha in Life and More Magazine for her debut book The Art of Mental Toughness. [3]
Education
She graduated from SGTB Khalsa College of Delhi University with an honours in Economics. Later she completed her PG diploma in Journalism from Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan. In 1999, she completed her masters in Economics from Annamalai University.[4]
Entrepreneurship
In May 2020 she started her wellness Channel. She has also completed an online course in Science of Well Being from Yale University, USA.[5]
