Niwaich is a small village of 991.2 hectares in Banda Tehsil in Banda district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Niwaich depends on Tindwari (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Niwaich's pin code is 210123[4], and village code is 04785900. The area of Niwaich is segregated as 160 hectares irrigated area, 400 hectares unirrigated area.

The village is connected with a single bus service. Niwaich has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
