Nipaniya is a small village of 208 hectares in Gangdhar Tehsil in Jhalawar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Nipaniya depends on Sangod, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 37.90% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Nipaniya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Nipaniya's pin code is 326514[4], and village code is 03982900. The area of Nipaniya is segregated as 180.5 hectares irrigated area, 0.15 hectares unirrigated, the 20.45 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 6.82 hectare area not available for cultivation.
