Nimora is a small village of 160 hectares in Bassi Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Nimora depends on Dausa, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 42.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Nimora is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Nimora's pin code is 303305[4], and village code is 01622100. The area of Nimora is segregated as 42 hectares irrigated area, 23 hectares unirrigated, the 37 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 12 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Dausa and Jaipur to sell wood furniture and make their living.
