Nimli Kalan is a small village of 1663 hectares in Sawai Madhopur Tehsil in Sawai Madhopur district, also known for Ranthambore National Park in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Nimli Kalan depends on SAWAI MADHOPUR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Nimli Kalan is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Nimli Kalan's pin code is 322001[4], and village code is 01321200. The area of Nimli Kalan is segregated as 15.32 hectares irrigated area, 514.91 hectares unirrigated, the 42.16 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 55 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Nimli Kalan is a census village in the district of Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1046 and has total administration over 241 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Sawai Madhopur to sell earthen pot and make their living.
