Nimera is a small village of 1293 hectares in Sri Madhopur Tehsil in Sikar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Nimera depends on Khandela, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, which is 647.92% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Nimera is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Nimera's pin code is 332722[4], and village code is 01727900. The area of Nimera is segregated as 647.92 hectares irrigated area, 491.5 hectares unirrigated, the 6.8 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 147.15 hectare area not available for cultivation.
