Nimera is a small village of 2104 hectares in Phagi Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Nimera depends on Jaipur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 103.00% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Nimera is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Nimera's pin code is 303005[4], and village code is 01533800. The area of Nimera is segregated as 355 hectares irrigated area, 687 hectares unirrigated, the 855 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 207 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Jaipur and Jaipur to sell earthen pot and make their living.
