Nimbonka Talab is a small village of 3835 hectares in Osian Tehsil in Jodhpur district, also known as the Blue City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Nimbonka Talab depends on Phalodi, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Nimbonka Talab is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Nimbonka Talab's pin code is 342311[4], and village code is 01934300. The area of Nimbonka Talab is segregated as 29 hectares irrigated area, 3066 hectares unirrigated, the 725 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 15 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Phalodi and Jodhpur to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
