Nihalpura is a small village of 195 hectares in Behror Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Nihalpura depends on BEHROR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 114.00% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Nihalpura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Nihalpura's pin code is 301703[4], and village code is 00759900. The area of Nihalpura is segregated as 114 hectares irrigated area, 62 hectares unirrigated, the 5.09 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 14 hectare area not available for cultivation.
