Nicole Fenech (born June 28, 1973), also known by her birth name Nicole Whaling, is an Australian Cosmetic Tattoo and Lash Artist based in Sydney, Australia.[1] She is the founder of Venus Artistry Brow and Lash Studio and has over 25 years of industry experience transforming eyebrows, eyelashes, microblading, and lips and nipple tattooing.[2]
Fenech is nationally recognized for her work and is often asked to assist various TV shows with preparing contestants for upcoming episodes.
Early life and education
Born on June 28, 1973, in Hornsby, Sydney, Fenech grew up on a family farm and spent much of her childhood on the beach. She is highly educated and multi-talented, having attended Asquith Girls High School and later studied Kinesiology, Energetic and Spiritual Healing, Holistic Counselling, and Remedial Massage at Nature Care College. Alongside her studies, she worked in a fashion store.
Honing her skills as a professional Tattoo Artist, Fenech attended Cosmetic Tattoo College (Tanya Beauty Care Studio & Academy), LBLA Lashbox in Australia, and the Australian Massage and Beauty Institute. She has also received specialized training in Nipple Tattooing for post-breast cancer survivors from Terry Lively Ink.
Throughout her life, Nicole has been passionate about sports and the arts, playing softball and baseball, enjoying dance, and riding horses whenever possible. She also profoundly loves nature and the bush.
Career
Fenech established Venus Artistry Brow and Lash Studio, providing professional beauty services such as Microblading, Carbon facials, Eyelash extensions, IPL laser hair removal, Tattoo Removal, Fat Cavitation, Eyebrow Styling, and Teeth Whitening. Fenech is a highly skilled and experienced Cosmetic Tattoo Artist focusing on eyebrows, lips, and nipples for post-breast cancer survivors. She is also a professional Lash Artist and has a background in other wellness fields such as - Nail Technician, Kinesiology, Energetic Spiritual Healing, Remedial Massage, Holistic Counselling, and Reiki Masters 1&2.
Fenech is often regarded as one of the most well-known and widely recognized Cosmetic Tattoo Artists with global clients. She is frequently approached with offers to assist various television shows by preparing contestants for future seasons.
In addition, to managing her beauty business, Fenech also works with her husband managing their e-commerce business - white labelling their own products and selling on Amazon US.
Personal life
Fenech is family-oriented and very close with her parents, Maurice and Susan Whaling. She is one of four sisters, with an older sister Michelle, an identical twin Leni, and a little sister Heidi. Fenech is married to Michael Fenech and has three children, Beau and Jed, and three stepchildren, Olivia, Molly, and Zoe. She loves animals, particularly dogs, and is an active fitness-focused individual, regularly participating in fun runs and riding bikes in the beautiful bush of National Parks in New South Wales.
