Nick Holzherr-Mandal is a British serial entrepreneur. He is the CEO of Whisk.com which he founded in 2012. Whisk was acquired by Samsung in 2019[1]. He originally pitched the idea for Whisk in the final of the BBC Apprentice 2012[2]. Lord Sugar didn't invest in the idea but Nick Holzherr went on to raise capital and launch the business anyway[2]. Nick was featured on the front-cover of the Radio Times magazine in the issue 19-25 MAY 2012[3].
Education
Nick studied at Aston University where he gained a 1st Class Honours degree in International Business and Modern Languages. Nick was awarded an honorary degree by Aston University [4]. He lives in Birmingham and is married to eye surgeon Priyanka Mandal, with whom he has a daughter.
