Netra is a small village of 6243 hectares in Bhopalgarh Tehsil in Jodhpur district, also known as the Blue City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Netra depends on Jodhpur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Netra is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Netra's pin code is 342037[4], and village code is 01950700. The area of Netra is segregated as 566.25 hectares irrigated area, 4927.05 hectares unirrigated, the 187.1 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 562.4 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Netra is a census village in the district of Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 3787 and has total administration over 641 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Jodhpur to sell ghee and make their living.
