Neota is a small village of 1675 hectares in Sanganer Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Neota depends on Jaipur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Neota is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Neota's pin code is 302029[4], and village code is 01548900. The area of Neota is segregated as 474.09 hectares irrigated area, 462.11 hectares unirrigated, the 624.11 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 115.07 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Neota is a census village in the district of Jaipur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 4301 and has total administration over 680 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Jaipur and Jaipur to sell earthen pot and make their living.
