The company was founded by Rohith Reji and Tarun Nazare in 2019. In 2020, Neokred Technologies collaborated with Yes Bank to introduce a co-branded prepaid card, facilitating cashless payments and personalized card offerings for corporate partners across various sectors. The card can be loaded with balances for purchases, utility bill payments, online shopping, ticket bookings, and ATM withdrawals, along with other benefits. Features include easy enrollment without a bank account, fast transaction processing, real-time expenditure overview, rewards points, and promotional programs.[4][5]

In 2021, Neokred Technologies concluded its Seed Round led by Virenxia Group and Nitin Agarwal, Founder of B21 Ltd and PayGlobal Ltd. Capnetic Consulting Group acted as the exclusive financial advisor for the fundraising.[6][7]

In 2023 The All India Gaming Federation (AIGF) and Neokred Technologies collaborated to introduce the 'Game Bureau', aimed at improving onboarding, fraud prevention, and user insights for online skill gaming companies in India. This initiative provides a comprehensive solution utilizing Neokred's algorithms and technology to manage users effectively, from onboarding to activity monitoring, with a scoring system based on various parameters. The platform features a centralized repository and real-time monitoring to identify genuine customers and flag suspicious or fraudulent users.[8]
