Kostiantyn Vitaliyovych Nemichev (born January 10, 1996, Kharkiv, Ukraine) is a Ukrainian military and political figure.[1][2]. Ex-fighter of the "Azov" regiment. Head of the Kharkiv regional organization of the political party "National Corps". Chairman of the Public Council under the Kharkiv Regional State Administration. Commander of the "KRAKEN" special unit. Officer of the DI MD (Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense).

Biography

Kostyantyn Nemichev was born on January 10, 1996 in the city of Kharkiv in the family of an electrical fitter and a preschool teacher.

Until 2010, Konstantin studied at Public school No. 11 In 2010, he transferred to Public school No. 61, which he graduated in 2012. In 2016, he graduated from the Kharkiv College of Construction, Architecture and Design, faculty of "Construction and Operation of Buildings". In 2020, he graduated from the Kharkiv National University of Construction and Architecture, majoring in "Construction".

Russian-Ukrainian war

Nemichev was a participant in the Revolution of Dignity and participated in the defense of Kharkiv against the pro-Russian rebellion in the spring of 2014.

In 2014 - 2016, served in the "Azov" battalion and regiment, where he received the rank of sergeant.

Took part in battles for Shyrokyne, defense of Mariupol.

In the spring of 2022, after the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine, to fight against the Russian occupiers, in Kharkiv, together with Serhii Velichko, he created the KRAKEN special unit[3][4][5].

Social activities

In 2016, was the curator of the initiative groups of the Public Organization "Civil Corps of AZOV" in Kharkiv.

In March 2017, during warehouse explosions, together with a group of like-minded people, he went to Balaklia, where created a coordination headquarters where people could get food and clothes.

In August 2018, opened a sports hall and a youth center.

In December 2018, launched a rehabilitation center for veterans of the ATO/OOS "Fraternal Citadel".

In June 2019, founded the children's national-patriotic camp "Slobozhanin".

In July 2019, installed a modern crossfit complex on the city beach of Kharkiv.

Five commemorative crosses in honor of "those who died for Ukraine" were installed in the Kharkiv region.

On his initiative and with his direct participation, a number of illegal liquor stores and drug dens in Kharkiv were closed.

In 2021, was elected chairman of the public council under the Kharkiv state administration.

Political activity

In January 2018, was appointed the Chairman of the Kharkiv regional branch of the political party "National Corps".

In April 2019, was a candidate for people's deputies in the 170th district of Kharkiv.

Prepared and submitted a draft decision prohibiting the sale of alcoholic beverages within a radius of 300 meters from an educational institution.

In July 2021, announced his readiness to be a candidate from the "National Corps" for the post of Kharkiv mayor.

In August 2021, as a result of the primaries, became the only candidate for the post of mayor of Kharkiv from pro-Ukrainian forces.

In October 2021, in the Kharkiv mayoral elections, he received 4.25% of support, which is 12,295 votes[6][7]
