Nausar is a small village of 7300 hectares in Osian Tehsil in Jodhpur district, also known as the Blue City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Nausar depends on Jodhpur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Nausar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Nausar's pin code is 342303[4], and village code is 01934600. The area of Nausar is segregated as 7.11 hectares irrigated area, 5472 hectares unirrigated, the 209.14 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 1450.15 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Nausar is a census village in the district of Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 3600 and has total administration over 671 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Jodhpur to sell wool and make their living.
