The National Environment Agency (NEA) of Singapore is a statutory body that operates under the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment of the Singaporean government.

The National Environment Agency (NEA) is in charge of maintaining Singapore's already high environmental standards while also working to improve them. It is responsible for preventing pollution, preserving public health, and disseminating information about the weather.

On April 1, 2019, the Singapore Food Agency (SFA), the successor to the National Environment Agency (NEA), took over the food-related responsibilities of the NEA. SFA also took over the food-related responsibilities of two other statutory boards in Singapore: the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA), and the Health Sciences Authority (HSA). The Ministry of the Environment and Sustainability has appointed the SFA to serve as a statutory board.
