Nathpura Kalan is a small village of 473 hectares in Banswara Tehsil in Banswara district, also known as City of Hundred Islands in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Nathpura Kalan depends on Banswara, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Nathpura Kalan is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Nathpura Kalan's pin code is 327001[4], and village code is 03456500. The area of Nathpura Kalan is segregated as 50 hectares irrigated area, 180 hectares unirrigated, the 153 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 63 hectare area not available for cultivation.
