Early life and education

Julian was born on June 10, 1983, in Idyllwild, California. She was raised by a single mother along with her 4 siblings. She became interested in music from an early age and started performing in talent shows, and then in musical theater in school. After graduating high school, she attended California State University, San Bernardino, for a year before dropping out. Julian then moved to Los Angeles, California, to focus on acting and later pursued her career in music.

Career

She relocated to Florida in 2013 and joined several bands as a lead singer performing at South Florida Coast. Julian then started performing solo in 2015, and with the help of rock guitarist Phil Baker, she released her first single, Gemini Twin, in the following year.

In 2017, she collaborated with a team from New York, which includes Grammy Award-winning audio engineer Mike Mckowski, Mitt Music, and Curtis “Iceo,” for her extended play Happily Ever After, released in the following year. She met Grammy Award-winning producer Dom Morley while living in France, and they released an extended play, ANGEL containing singles, including by singles Bathing in your Garbage and Mechanical Heart in 2019.[citation needed]

Upon returning to California in 2020, Julian released renditions of Lana Del Rey’s Summertime Sadness and West Coast Girl.[9] With the collaboration of British producer Ian Barter, she released a series of singles, including My Wicked Game, Brother Brother, and I Love You Paris, in the following year. She began to perform with a band in 2020. The band includes lead vocalist Natasha, Khadejhia Kassenbrock on the bass, guitarist Cory Clark, and Jack Chandelier on drums.

In 2021, she worked with Nashville producer Justine Blazer and released Just Breath, introducing another genre in her music. In the following year, she collaborated with her band member Cory Clark, and together they released I’ll Be Your Goddess. In addition, she toured the west coast along with her band members in the same year. As of 2023, she is working on her debut-length album.
