Natas is a small village of 877 hectares in Udaipurwati Tehsil in Jhunjhunu district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Natas depends on Jhunjhunu, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, which is 149.50% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Natas is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Natas's pin code is 333028[4], and village code is 00746300. The area of Natas is segregated as 260 hectares irrigated area, 257.57 hectares unirrigated, the 70.63 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 288.8 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Jhunjhunu to sell ghee and make their living.
