Natalie Buresova (born February 20, 1992) is a Senior Advisor at The Oppenheim Group UAE, where she is part of the team establishing the firm's Dubai operation and its first presence in the Middle East.[1]

The Oppenheim Group UAE is internationally recognized for its luxury real estate business and global profile through the Netflix series Selling Sunset. Buresova joined the Dubai team during its establishment, contributing to the development of the brokerage's presence in the UAE.

Early life and education

Burešová was born in Prague, Czech Republic. She pursued higher education in anthropology, completing a master's degree in the field. During the early stages of her career, she relocated to London, where she undertook internships and gained experience in sales and business environments.

Career

Following her early experience in London, Burešová worked between London and Prague, developing expertise in sales and client relations. She later expanded her professional activities into real estate, including involvement in property markets in Southeast Asia.

She subsequently relocated to the United Arab Emirates, where she established her career in property consulting. Burešová serves as a Senior Advisor at The Oppenheim Group UAE, where she focuses on strategic off-plan investments and advises private investors, investment groups, and family offices. Her professional activities include working with international clients, particularly investors seeking opportunities in the UAE property market. She has been involved in advising on property acquisitions, rental strategies, and long term investment planning.

Her real estate practice covers commercial real estate, off-market transactions, off-plan investments and the secondary market. She works with private investors, family offices, investment groups and corporate clients, ranging from individual acquisitions to larger and more complex transactions. Her work frequently involves discreet off-market opportunities and commercial assets where access, confidentiality and an understanding of the parties involved are central to the transaction.

Buresova approaches real estate through three key lenses: the asset, the numbers and the strategy. She looks beyond the property itself to understand its fundamentals, potential, liquidity and place within the wider investment strategy of the client.

Her international background spans Europe, Asia and the Middle East. She began her professional career in the United Kingdom at the age of 18, gaining experience in sales, marketing and business development with international companies. She later worked across European markets and became involved in luxury real estate and boutique development projects in Thailand. She holds a Master's degree in Anthropology, an academic background that has shaped her interest in people, markets and the dynamics behind business and investment decisions.

Buresova later moved her career to the UAE, with Dubai becoming her professional and personal base. She works across Dubai and Abu Dhabi and maintains an international perspective on real estate, connecting investors, businesses and opportunities across different markets.

Alongside her advisory career, Buresova is a real estate investor herself. She also operates through her personal platform, NatalieBuresova.com, which features selected international properties, developments and investment opportunities across different markets.

Beyond real estate, Buresova has a strong interest in travel, international business and connecting people. She has a particular affection for London, which has played an important role in her professional life, while Dubai is now her home. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, travelling, reading and bringing interesting people together often turning conversations and connections into new business opportunities.

Her philosophy is built around long-term relationships rather than one-off transactions. She aims to be the person clients return to when they are considering their next acquisition, looking to sell an asset or exploring an opportunity in a new market.
