Narwa Kalan is a small village of 2351 hectares in Kheenvsar Tehsil in Nagaur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Narwa Kalan depends on Nagaur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, One tank, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Narwa Kalan is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Narwa Kalan's pin code is 341025[4], and village code is 01823400. The area of Narwa Kalan is segregated as 502.1 hectares irrigated area, 1705.04 hectares unirrigated, the 69 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 74.6 hectare area not available for cultivation.
