Narayan Dutt Shrimali

Dr. Narayan Dutt Shrimali(नारायण दत्त श्रीमाली) was an Indian scholar who had an avid interest in ancient Indian sciences such as Mantra and Tantra from a young age. He was married to Bhagavati Devi at the age of 12 and left home to live as an ascetic in the Himalayas for two decades to gain knowledge of these sciences. He became an accomplished yogi, mastering mantra and tantra sadhana in a short time and earning spiritual leadership among Himalayan yogis. He was also one of the best disciples of Paramhansa Swami Sachidananda. After becoming a complete master and enlightened, his Guru ordered him to go back to his family life and spread his knowledge to the common society. He founded the Siddhashram Sadhak Parivar organization to raise public awareness about ancient Mantra and Tantra and organized camps globally.

Early Life And Education

Dr. Narayan Dutta Shrimali's education began at a young age when his maternal uncle started teaching him the Yajurveda, a sacred Hindu text. He continued his studies in school, committing hundreds of holy and philosophical verses to memory. Dr. Shrimali was a prodigy in his studies and showed exceptional intellectual and spiritual sharpness. His village recognized him as a "saint child" and loved him deeply, including the animals and birds that surrounded him.

Dr. Shrimali's extraordinary and charismatic personality shone through when he performed a heroic act. He rescued a child from a burning house, risking his own life in the process. This was just one example of his selflessness and bravery, which later transformed him into a revered spiritual teacher.

Dr. Narayan Dutta Shrimali got married to Bhagavati Devi at the age of 12. After completing his graduation, he started teaching due to a financial crisis. However, after some time, he left his profession and went to the Himalayas to seek spiritual knowledge. During the 20 years that he spent there, Dr. Shrimali gained knowledge in various fields, such as Sanskrit scriptures, Tantra, Jyotish, Ayurveda, Palmistry, and Karmkand. While in the Himalayas, Dr. Shrimali met his Guru, Paramhansa Swami Sachidananda (परमहंस स्वामी सचिदानन्द).

Dr. Shrimali's ultimate mission was to guide people towards the right path of life by balancing materialism and spiritualism. He believed that people's troubles and traumas could be alleviated through spiritual practices, and he dedicated his life to this pursuit. With his teachings, he touched the lives of many, providing them with hope and guidance in their journey towards self-discovery and fulfillment.

Dr. Narayan Dutt Shrimali passed away on July 3, 1998. Prior to his death, he had ensured that his sons - Shri Kailash Chand Shrimali, Shri Nand Kishore Shrimali and Shri Arvind Shrimali - were equally capable as him.
