Nangal Siras is a small village of 463 hectares in Amber Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Nangal Siras depends on Jaipur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 326.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Nangal Siras is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Nangal Siras's pin code is 302012[4], and village code is 01573300. The area of Nangal Siras is segregated as 326 hectares irrigated area, 38 hectares unirrigated, the 67 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 32 hectare area not available for cultivation.
