Nandgaon is a small village of 222 hectares in Nainwa Tehsil in Bundi district, also known as a city of stepwells in the State of Rajasthan, India.[1] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Nandgaon depends on BUNDI, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[2] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, which is 10.00% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. Nandgaon is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Nandgaon's pin code is 323803[3], and village code is 02709000. The area of Nandgaon is segregated as 94 hectares irrigated area, 37 hectares unirrigated, the 54 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 37 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Bundi to sell juggery and make their living.
