Nala is a small village of 806 hectares in Niwai Tehsil in Tonk district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Nala depends on Niwai, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 81.33% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Nala is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Nala's pin code is 304021[4], and village code is 02632500. The area of Nala is segregated as 243.95 hectares irrigated area, 395.12 hectares unirrigated, the 101.48 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 65.52 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Nala is a census village in the district of Tonk, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1403 and has total administration over 234 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Niwai and Tonk to sell earthen pot and make their living.
