Naithla is a small village of 697 hectares in Alwar Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Naithla depends on ALWAR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 23.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Naithla is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Naithla's pin code is 301406[4], and village code is 00857100. The area of Naithla is segregated as 218 hectares irrigated area, 366 hectares unirrigated, the 37 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 76 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Alwar to sell earthen pot and make their living.
