Nai Band is a small village of 459 hectares in Gudha Malani Tehsil in Barmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Nai Band depends on BARMER, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Nai Band is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Nai Band's pin code is 344033[4], and village code is 02179200. The area of Nai Band is segregated as 18 hectares irrigated area, 409 hectares unirrigated, the 28 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 3.9 hectare area not available for cultivation.
