Nagni is a small village of 1007 hectares in Jalor Tehsil in Jalor district, also known as Granite City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Nagni depends on JALOR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, which is 15.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Nagni is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Nagni's pin code is 343025[4], and village code is 02295800. The area of Nagni is segregated as 282 hectares irrigated area, 100 hectares unirrigated, the 403.39 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 221.2 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Nagni is a census village in the district of Jalor, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1194 and has total administration over 221 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Jalor to sell earthen pot and make their living.
