Nagnasar is a small village of 2208 hectares in Sheo Tehsil in Barmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Nagnasar depends on BARMER, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Nagnasar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Nagnasar's pin code is 344701[4], and village code is 02091400. The area of Nagnasar is segregated as 1914.38 hectares unirrigated, remaining 293.62 hectare area not available for cultivation.
