Nagli Megha is a small village of 588 hectares in Ramgarh Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Nagli Megha depends on ALWAR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 253.00% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Nagli Megha is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Nagli Megha's pin code is 301001[4], and village code is 00841300. The area of Nagli Megha is segregated as 419 hectares irrigated area, 106 hectares unirrigated, the 37 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 26 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Alwar to sell earthen pot and make their living.
