Naga is a small village of 5397 hectares in Jaisalmer Tehsil in Jaisalmer district, nicknamed ""The Golden city"" in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Naga depends on JAISALMER, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. Naga is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Canal. Naga's pin code is 345001[4], and village code is 02015000. The area of Naga is segregated as 1623 hectares irrigated area, 810 hectares unirrigated, the 2696 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 268 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Naga is a census village in the district of Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1039 and has total administration over 178 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

The workforce is 252 male, 166 female with 343 (82.06%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 213 males and 130 females. 142 males and 109 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 14 male and 6 female agricultural labor. 75 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Jaisalmer to sell blanket and make their living.
