Mutant Mingos NFT is a collection of 10,000 unique digital collectibles with 120+ attributes built on the Ethereum blockchain. Because it depicts mutant versions of the lovable pink flamingos, the Mutant Mingo characters are considered a rare and distinctive type of collection.[1] Mutant Mingos is one of the first and very few places in the metaverse to buy and fractionalize digital lands, such as The Sandbox, Decentraland, and other virtual properties.[2]

Background
Mutant Mingos is one of the first NFTs created for collectors interested in Metaverse and digital real estate and specializes in facilitating buying and fractionalizing digital land.[9] Every Mutant Mingo NFT grants access to the Mutant Mingo DAO and provides voting rights over fractionalized assets.[10] By merely holding a Mutant Mingo NFT, collectors will be able to acquire fractions of premium digital land and real estate. Where a buyer may not be able to afford a full plot of land, they can begin amassing metaverse assets at the modest mint price of 0.07 eth.[11]
These are a total of 9750 NFTs available to mint on the Mutant Minogs platform apart from 250 whitelist spots.[12]
Roadmap
The Mutant Mingos roadmap consists of five stages:
- In the first stage, upon reaching 15%, the holders will be able to get their hands on a private DAO. In this stage, 50% of secondary sale royalties will go to buying metaverse land for the DAO.
- In the second stage, upon reaching 25%, Mutant Mingos will give away 25k in Metaverse land and 25k in Metaverse Real Estate to Fractionalize. In this stage also 50% of secondary sale royalties will go to buying metaverse land for the DAO.
- In the third stage, upon reaching 50%, Mutant Mingos will give away 50k in Metaverse land and 50k in Metaverse Real Estate to Fractionalize. In this stage also 50% of secondary sale royalties will go to buying metaverse land for the DAO.
- In the fourth stage, Mutant Mingos will repeat their operations increasing the percentage by 25% to reach 75%. In this stage also 50% of secondary sale royalties will go to buying metaverse land for the DAO.
- Upon reaching 100%, Mutant Mingos will give away 100k in Metaverse Land and 100k in Metaverse Real Estate to Fractionalize. The top invited will receive a Tesla Cyber Truck. And just like all other stages, 50% of secondary sale royalties will go to buying metaverse land for the DAO.
