Muranda is a small village of 54 hectares in Kiraoli Tehsil in Agra district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Muranda depends on RUNAKTA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Muranda's pin code is 283114[4], and village code is 01597400. The area of Muranda is segregated as 54 hectares irrigated area.

Muranda has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
