Mukul Kumar is an Indian bureaucrat.[1], novelist and poet. He has written poetry and fiction in English.

His published works include three novels, namely ‘As Boys Become Men[2][3][4] [5] [6] [7][8] [9], Seduction By Truth[10] [11][12][13][14][15][16][17][18], Aarzoo-Arshan [19] [20], and two poetry collections, namely The Irrepressible Echos and Catharsis[21][22][23] [24][25]

Mukul Kumar is a civil servant[26], belonging to the 1997 batch of Indian Railway Traffic Service[27], and is presently working in New Delhi.
