Muhammad bin Isa bin Musa al-Rifa`i, also known by his noms de guerre Abu `Isa al-Qureshi and Abu Hammam al-Filistini was a Jordanian national of Palestinian origin who was leader of a group named Jamaat al-Muslimeen (JM) and proclaimed himself caliph in 1994.[1][2]
