Motipura is a small village of 325 hectares in Ladpura Tehsil in Kota district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[1] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Motipura depends on KAITHOON, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[2] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 20.41% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. Motipura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Motipura's pin code is 325001[3], and village code is 03804200. The area of Motipura is segregated as 224.88 hectares irrigated area, 26.61 hectares unirrigated, the 34.86 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 38.62 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of KAITHOON and Kota to sell ghee and make their living.
