Motipura is a small village of 301 hectares in Ajmer Tehsil in Ajmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Motipura depends on Kishangarh, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Motipura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Motipura's pin code is 305811[4], and village code is 02486900. The area of Motipura is segregated as 24 hectares irrigated area, 243 hectares unirrigated, the 5 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 29.01 hectare area not available for cultivation.
