Mori is a small village of 372 hectares in Amber Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Mori depends on Chomu, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 275.26% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Mori is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Mori's pin code is 303701[4], and village code is 01570700. The area of Mori is segregated as 275.26 hectares irrigated area, 51.38 hectares unirrigated, the 28.43 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 16.54 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Chomu and Jaipur to sell earthen pot and make their living.
