Moondiya is a small village of 489 hectares in Ramganj Mandi Tehsil in Kota district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[1] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Moondiya depends on RAMGANJ MANDI, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[2] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 195.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Moondiya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Moondiya's pin code is 326529[3], and village code is 03829700. The area of Moondiya is segregated as 195 hectares irrigated area, 185.26 hectares unirrigated, the 68 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 41 hectare area not available for cultivation.
