Monce C. Abraham is an Indian business executive. He is the director THEV Consulting[1] is a management consulting company. Monce C. Abraham is represented by The Outstanding Speakers Bureau, the largest organization in Asia representing some of the most sought after Speakers .[2] He is also been awarded with the recognition as a Global Ambassador of Human Rights and Peace[3], by the International Human Rights Advisory Council (IHRAC) and All India Council of Human Rights, Liberties and Social Justice (AICHLS).
Education
Monce did his schooling from St. Columba’s School, New Delhi and holds a bachelors degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University.
Career and Life
Monce is an accomplished business leader. He is a mentor at the national Start-up India program (2017 – Present)[4]. He was also a mentor at Seedstars World for 2017 and 2018[5]. Seedstars is a Swiss-based private group of companies with a mission to impact people’s lives in emerging markets through technology and entrepreneurship[6]. Monce has also shared his views along with Michele Wucker, World Economic Forum Young Global Leaders|Young Global Leader and Former President, World Policy Institute on the topic “From Black Swans to Grey Rhinos: Confronting business threats in an age of uncertainty”[7] in an article published The Wall Street Journal|Wall Street Journal. Monce writings are republished on leading media sites such as Laffaz Media [8], and he has been interviewed by The Feature Times (the first Hindi feature website of India).[9] [10], ForeverFit[11] and DU Beat.[12]. Monce has also been invited to various institutes and functions as a speaker. He was invited by The Entrepreneurship Cell of Netaji Subhas University of Technology, Delhi.[13] [14], Seedspace Dar es Salaam Tanzania.[15], LATOKEN Roadshow[16] amongst others. Monce was named Global Ambassador of Human Rights and Peace by the International Human Rights Advisory Council in August 2019.
In October 2024, he participated in the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon as an Inclusion Champion for Tamana, a non-profit organization supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Monce has served as a mentor for entrepreneurial initiatives such as the Atal Tinkering Labs under the Atal Innovation Mission and has been associated with the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers community. Additionally, he provides consulting to entrepreneurs and business leaders from institutions including Harvard, the University of Pennsylvania, and Columbia.
