Mokhampura is a small village of 2725 hectares in Chhipabarod Tehsil in Baran district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Mokhampura depends on Chhipabarod, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Mokhampura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Mokhampura's pin code is 325221[4], and village code is 03962200. The area of Mokhampura is segregated as 304.58 hectares irrigated area, 141.12 hectares unirrigated, the 115.18 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 52.26 hectare area not available for cultivation.
