Dr. Mohammad Rizwan (1975 - 9 May 2022) also known as Dr. Rizwan was a Pakistani director of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).[1] He served earlier in Sindh Police.[2]
Early life
Dr. Rizwan was born on 1975 in Lahore, Pakistan.
Death
Dr. Rizwan died of a heart attack on 9 May 2022.[3] His family says that Rizwan suffered a heart attack on 9 May 2022, and he was shifted to Services Hospital in Lahore[4], where he was confirmed dead. His funeral was held on Tuesday. Dr. Rizwan was posted as Punjab FIA Director, but he was removed from the post when Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s government came into power. He probed the money laundering charges against Chief Minister Hamza Shahbaz and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.[5]
