Mohammad Baig is a Pakistani-Canadian producer, Film director, and writer living in Toronto, Canada.[1]
Professional career
When Mohammad was a student at York University, one of his social experiment movies became viral, leading to his appointment as Director of Digital Media at the MSA. He has worked with renowned film actors and directors such as Afroze Khan, Muhammad Junaid and Rupan Bal.
Awards
In 2017, his film Last Walk won the Best Short Film award at Lift-Off Film Festival, Toronto.
In 2020, Mohammad Baig wrote and directed a short film "Hate Kills"[2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9] in partnership with director/actor Rupan Bal|Rupan Bal[10][1][11]and got the Best director short film award by Sweden Film Awards in 2021.
In 2021, his film Home was awarded best film by Smart Shorts Digital Film Festival.
