Mohamad Younes better known as Alphaslice is an American influencer, entrepreneur, YouTuber, and a nurse. Younes is best known for his contributions to the nursing school space and is considered as one of the pioneers to establish the idea of nursing schools especially student centric courses for NCLEX.[1] His season 2 launch of the program is geared to dominate the nursing industry.[2]
Early life and education
Mohamad Younes was born in Saudi Arabia. He grew up and went to school there. In 1999, just out of high school, his parents divorced and his life shifted with it. Younes was programmed to become an engineer for most of his life but his uncle, an orthopedic surgeon, suggested the public health field and that’s how he ended up studying nursing in Lebanon.
Career
Mohamad Younes is a certified pediatric hematology oncology nurse for over 15 years. In April 14, 2017, Younes emigrated to the US through a recruiting agency that paired him with a cancer hospital, Carl Foundation Hospital, in Illinois. [3]
In 2018, Younes started his YouTube channel. His channel focused on vlogging the American Dream. He later started his online business, teaching nursing students how to pass their board exam. He scaled his business into an industry leader. [4]
Younes teaches NCLEX. He conducted market research and studied brands similar to his to find his entry and unique offering. He then packaged his courses into a personalized service for his students. He has over 3000 video testimonials of clients who have passed because of his course. [5][6]
His courses are immensely popular and easy to understand, which is people fondly call it “The Netflix of NCLEX.”
