Moe (Maureen) Tkacik is a journalist, specialising in women's affairs and investigative journalism. She writes extensively on capitalism.[1]
She is a Senior Fellow at the American Economic Liberties Project (AELP)[2] and investigative editor at the American Prospect. [3] She has held several interesting previous roles, including as a co-founder of Jezebel, a a US-based website featuring news and cultural commentary geared towards women, launched in 2007 by Gawker Media to which she has been a long time contributor.[4] She previously worked at The Wall Street Journal, where she worked on investigations into Abercrombie & Fitch[5], which Netflix launched as a documentary (White Hot: The Rise & Fall of Abercrombie & FitchWhite Hot: The Rise & Fall of Abercrombie & Fitch|) in which Tkacik features.
