Mirpur is a small village of 235.6 hectares in Fatehabad Tehsil in Agra district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Mirpur depends on Shamsabad (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Mirpur's pin code is 283125[4], and village code is 01622100. The area of Mirpur is segregated as 206 hectares irrigated area, 2 hectares unirrigated, remaining 15 hectare area not available for cultivation.
