Mirgahani is a small village of 301.3 hectares in Banda Tehsil in Banda district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Mirgahani depends on Tindwari (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply which is 10.00% of the total supply, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Mirgahani's pin code is 210128[4], and village code is 04792600. The area of Mirgahani is segregated as 110 hectares irrigated area, 188.25 hectares unirrigated area.
