Mircle Yap Ching Chai (born September 1977) is an Indonesian-Malaysian businessman and strategic advisor, known for his work in corporate restructuring and initial public offerings. In 2013, Yap was awarded the Darjah Indera Mahkota Pahang (DIMP) and given the title of Dato’.[1] In April 2023, Yap was appointed as the Managing Director of Country Heights Holdings Berhad.[2] On 20 June 2023, he was appointed as the Independent Non-Executive Director of KAJ Development Sdn Bhd and Non-Executive Advisor for its Melaka Gateway, a megaproject situated in Melaka.[3]
Background
Yap was born in Indonesia and later moved to Selangor, Malaysia. He graduated from Parker College of Business at Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Strategic Operations Management and Human Resource Management.[4]
