Mindset Health Pty Ltd is an Australian digital health company that develops app-based programs for chronic conditions using hypnotherapy and mind-body techniques.[1]] It was founded in 2018 by brothers Alex and Chris Naoumidis in Melbourne.[2] Its main product, Nerva, delivers gut-directed hypnotherapy for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).[3]

History

The company launched Nerva in 2019.[4] Mindset Health has participated in the startup accelerator Y Combinator and raised investment funding.[5] In 2025, it acquired assets from the U.S.-based company Mahana Therapeutics.[6]

Mindset Health develops digital programs delivered via mobile apps, including:
